HOAPnet is a privately funded homeowner assistance organization dedicated to helping financially distressed homeowners in New York, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama stop foreclosure — at zero out-of-pocket cost.
Our Mission
HOAPnet exists for one reason: no homeowner should lose their home simply because they did not know their options or could not afford professional help. Financial hardship can happen to anyone — a job loss, a medical crisis, a divorce, or the death of a spouse. When it happens, most homeowners don't know where to turn, and they don't know that free expert help exists.
HOAPnet bridges that gap. Through our Homeowner Assistance Program (HOAP), we connect qualifying homeowners with licensed real estate professionals — HOAP Homeowner Counselors — who guide them through every available option at no out-of-pocket cost.

Your Counselor creates a strategy tailored to your goals — whether you want to keep your home or sell it. Every plan is customized to your lender, your timeline, and your situation.
We Execute on Your Behalf
Your Counselor handles lender communications, paperwork, attorney coordination, and buyer negotiations. You receive regular updates and make the decisions — we do the work.
